Our rehabilitation program is customized for each resident based on their individual preferences and care needs to get them back up and back in action as soon as possible.
Our resident specific programs are designed with an interdisciplinary team approach to promote the development of functional skills using innovative treatment techniques to help residents return to the highest level of independence.
Hillside House, The Johnson Center and West Falls Center welcome all members from the local community, no military or government background is needed. If you or a loved one need 24-hour care, whether short-term or long-term, Falcons Landing is there for you!
