Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Exempt This position assumes the responsibility for total education/infection control compliance for all level of nursing in LTC and Assisted Living.
  • - Must have excellent staff development and infection control experience
  • - Must exhibit strong managerial and leadership ability; significant experience organizing and preparing required and innovative education and infection control programs.
  • - Must be available to work various shifts to ensure all staff members are receiving the required learning and development tools
  • - A minimum of 2 years experience as a staff development and infection control coordinator required; experience in LTC/ALF.  Currently licensed in the state as RN; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Staffing Coordinator - Full-time Our ideal candidate:
  • - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • - Basic computer skills required.
  • - Excellent problem-solving abilities 
  • - Have the ability to work in fast-paced environments and work well under pressure
  • - Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
  • - Must have experience in staffing, payroll and billing.
  • - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • - Ability to work independently
  • - Experience in unit clerk position and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Security Officer – Full-time Patrols premises to maintain order, enforce regulations and ensure observance of applicable policies, procedures and/or laws, HS Diploma or GED, one to two years related experience and/or training; excellent communication and customer service skills required. Hours are, but not limited to Sunday through Saturday; 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Our ideal candidate:
  • - Must have a current valid driver’s license.
  • - Must be able to work with minimal supervision and lead by example.
  • - Must be able to handle emergency situations in a professional and timely manner.
Cook - 1 Full-time & 1 Part-time Falcons Landing is seeking a talented Cook to become a member of our upscale restaurant dining team. Our ideal candidate:
  • - must have a minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen, knowledge of soups, sautés, grill and cold preparation
  • - Banquet experience desired
  • - ability to communicate effectively
RN Charge Nurse - Full-time
  • - Must have a minimum of  two years nursing experience  including one year Charge Nurse experience
  • - Must hold a current RN license to practice inVirginia
  • - License must be in good standing with the Department of health Professionals 
  • - Ability to communicate effectively
  • - Experience in Long Term Care and Assisted Living a plus
LPN Charge Nurse - PRN Falcons Landing has an opportunity for an on-call LPN Charge Nurse.  With our unique 12-hour scheduling program, you will work with the same team of staff and residents each day, and have every other weekend off. Our ideal candidate:
  • - must have a minimum of two years nursing experience with one year in long-term care
  • - must hold a current LPN license to practice in Virginia
  • - ability to communicate effectively
CNA – PRN Falcons Landing has an opportunity for on-call Certified Nursing Assistant to join its night shift (7:00pm to 7:30am); ability to communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate:
  • - Must have a one to three months related experience and/or training experience in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living is a plus;
  • - Must hold a current C.N.A license to practice in Virginia or a proof of completion
TJC Server – PRN Provides assistance in all dining services functions in The Johnson Center.  Perform a variety of assignments such as preparation of items for trays, serving in the dining room, and cleaning as assigned by supervisor; must have the ability to effectively communicate with residents, guests and staff.
