Recreation Assistant – Full-time Responsible for the implementation of recreational programming to include group and 1:1 programs for a nursing unit and assisted living unit. Our ideal candidate:
  • - must have a high school diploma or GED
  • - must have 0-1 years working with seniors
  • - Commercial Driver's License holder preferred; ability to obtain a CDL within 120 days required
  • - Dementia training preferred
  • - basic computer skills
  • - CPR required
  • - ability to communicate effectively
Security Officer – Full-time Patrols premises to maintain order, enforce regulations and ensure observance of applicable policies, procedures and/or laws, HS Diploma or GED, one to two years related experience and/or training; excellent communication and customer service skills required. Hours are, but not limited to Sunday through Saturday; 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Our ideal candidate:
  • - Must have a current valid driver’s license.
  • - Must be able to work with minimal supervision and lead by example.
  • - Must be able to handle emergency situations in a professional and timely manner.
RN Charge Nurse - Full-time
  • - Must have a minimum of  two years nursing experience  including one year Charge Nurse experience
  • - Must hold a current RN license to practice inVirginia
  • - License must be in good standing with the Department of health Professionals 
  • - Ability to communicate effectively
  • - Experience in Long Term Care and Assisted Living a plus
CNA – 3 Full time Our ideal candidate:
  • - Must have a one to three months related experience and/or training experience in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living is a plus;
  • - Must hold a current C.N.A license to practice inVirginiaor a proof of completion
  • - Must be able to work day or night shift (7:00am to 7:30pm or 7:00pm to 7:30am);
  • - Ability to communicate effectively
Housekeeper - Part time
  • - able to follow directions
  • - responsibilities include housekeeping & laundry duties
  • - ability to communicate effectively
LPN Charge Nurse - PRN Falcons Landing has an opportunity for an on-call LPN Charge Nurse.  With our unique 12-hour scheduling program, you will work with the same team of staff and residents each day, and have every other weekend off. Our ideal candidate:
  • - must have a minimum of two years nursing experience with one year in long-term care
  • - must hold a current LPN license to practice in Virginia
  • - ability to communicate effectively
