If the time ever comes when you need extra care, our modern Health Center will always be there.At Falcons Landing, we sincerely hope that the only amenities you'll ever need to use will be the ones you enjoy, such as our recreation and community centers. However, we also know that there may come a time when you need a little bit of extra care.
That's why an integral part of our community is the state-of- the-art Johnson Center. It offers outpatient clinic services and emergency nursing care as part of your monthly fee. And it provides Falcons Landing residents long- or short-term nursing care without a substantial increase in fees. Even if you're perfectly healthy, you'll find the Johnson center to be an excellent resource, because you can stop by for routine procedures such as blood pressure checks virtually anytime.
Our staff will provide quick, professional assistance in the event of any emergency. The Center's highly trained, experienced nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Plus a physician is always on hand or on call. There is a therapy department that offers physical and occupational rehabilitation, too.
Our focus is to provide you with the helping hand you need - and the independence you want.
Finally, should your needs become more involved due to a life changing event like a serious stroke, injury or debilitating illness, the Johnson Center's 60-bed skilled nursing area will offer attentive and compassionate care.
