Your first step toward a picture-perfect retirement is to join AFROC, the Air Force Retired Officers Community.  It's the organization responsible for creating Falcons Landing, and now that the community is fully occupied, future residency is open only to its members.  The cost of membership is $1,000, a fee which is fully refundable or directly transferable to your entrance fee when you move in.

When you're ready to get more serious about moving to Falcons Landing, then it's time to move to the next step -- signing up for our admissions list.  This is a waiting list of people who want to be offered the chance to move here when the residence of their choice becomes available.  The cost of getting on the admissions list is $10,000, a fee which can be fully refunded or transferred to your entrance fee.

As soon as you're at the top of our admissions list for one of the residences of your choice and an appropriate residence becomes available, you'll have the opportunity to take the final and smartest step -- becoming a Falcons Landing resident.  We'll notify you of the opening. Then you can decide whether you're ready to make a move..
